Create annotationSet when creating a cohort,sample,individual or family entry

As many users have demanded, passing an array of annotationSets while creating an annotable entry should be supported. This way, users could avoid having to call other time to create this annotationSet and, in fact, it is justified as each of these entries contain the list of annotationSets in their data model.

This is somehow related to #589, as it will allow passing the parameter variableSetId as an String.
