crashing master study site

I installed BadgeOS from the zip file, and it completely crashed my site. I deleted it, then everything was back to normal. I tried again by searching in the plugins and downloading from there, but again it crashed the entire site.

Hello! No, I am not seeing any errors. It all seemed fine. I never would have known something was wrong if I hadnt checked the homepage.

Hello @asahi-badgeos! The second image is what I am seeing on my homepage when BadgeOs is activated - mostly the white screen of death, with my logo still at the top, and the search box. Otherwise all blank and white. At the top above the logo there is a message that says

Sorry @ashnels1220CT , this isn't an issue we have seen before, and I don't have any simple diagnosis. If we see other occurrences of this happening, we will investigate further to identify a fix.

Was this ever solved? I'm also running Masterstudy, and although it doesn't crash the site, it does slow it down immensely.
