- Drop support for python 3.7 - Change requirements from "geoplot", "examples", "dev", "full" and basic to basic and "dev". Issue #301 - Drop unnecessary conda env file
- Add testing for windows - Add testing for basic requirements - Add concurrency -> only one parallel workflow for one branch
