The image was removed as no longer used when moving the paragraphs test to oe_whitelabel. However, a new usage has since been introduced in 1.x.

…strap_theme_paragraphs. The modules have to be disabled first, and removed in a separate release. This reverts commit d019a22.
OEL-1280: Revert removal of composer packages only needed for oe_bootstrap_theme_paragraphs.
