Not a big release at it looks first, but also not that small

• With this release we start to use semantic versioning. There were a few patches in the last few release cycles, that bumped the versions more than it should look
• Switched to Capsule for database access (ty @wzul )
• Updated underlying libraries (ty @wzul)
• Use of emergency codes generates directly a new one (ty @wzul)
• Added portuguese (portugal) translation (ty @cenourinha)

Note, please check the your translation file of your languages: The emergency feature added two new entries. Provide the updates with pull requests if possible.

Update for WHMCS v6!

This is the first release for WHMCS v6! No major code was changed, but its not compatible with WHMCS v5 and lower!
