What

The French agency ANSES has listed 140 "additives of interest". It would be very useful to be able to distinguish them and count them in products.

The list of additives is in this report: https://www.anses.fr/fr/content/rapport-oqali-bilan-et-évolution-de-lutilisation-des-additifs-dans-les-produits-transformés

We could:

  1. add a property anses_additives_of_interest in the taxonomy.
  2. count those additives in each product, in a new anses_additives_of_interest_n tag (similar to the existing additives_n tag)
  3. use this data in the producers platform to signal those additives, and compare to similar products from other categories
