load/mult matrices methods for cairo ofCamera totally independent from openGL

the old PR's where not mergeable anymore because of some changes to ofCamera so i've redone it. this also makes cameras and the new ofLoadMatrix methods work with cairo. i'll merge it later if no one has any problem. |
