Issues in the specification document

During the review of pull request #310 a number of errors have been identified in the document of OGC API - Features - Part 1: Core 1.0.0:

• Four test cases are not included in the current spec document (two are mentioned, but not included)

  • http://www.opengis.net/spec/ogcapi-features-1/1.0/ats/core/fc-md-links
• The test cases use .../ats/{confClassId}/{testCaseId} while the conformance classes use .../conf/{confClassId}. The rules for specification elements are clear, .../conf/{confClassId}/{testCaseId} should have been used for the test cases.
• For the OAS 3.0 conformance class oas3 is used for the id, but everywhere else oas30 is used (requirements classes, normative statements, test cases).

These errors should be corrected in a version 1.0.1 (whenever the SWG will work on a corrigendum, probably sometime in early 2020).

Deprecated URIs should be continued to be supported by the revised mapping / the definitions server (e.g. the ats and oas3 URIs). URIs of the four missing test cases would also be redirected when the test cases finally have anchors in the document.
