feat: support rem and em unit

• 支持 rem 和 em 单位，rem 相对 root (html) 节点的 font-size 计算，em 相对于当前 element 的 font-size 计算，如果未设置则使用继承的 font-size 计算。参考 https://www.w3.org/TR/css-values-4/#font-relative-lengths
• element attachTo 逻辑重构，将 apply style 逻辑移到 renderObject attach 后，保证了 style change 时一定能拿到 parent，因此之前针对一些百分比 style （如 line-height）在 attachTo 中延迟计算的逻辑可以全部删除。见https://github.com/openkraken/kraken/pull/475/files#diff-a8b26ee093fea5835a3371253c8c9eaafdef6c91839b92662e20c651a2d9b997R538
