Previous term difficult to see when many courses in a department

I didn't even notice the Previous Terms box in the left column for SI courses until someone pointed it out to me. When the list of courses in a school/department is that long, the user has to scroll down a bit - past the content on the right side, before they notice the Previous Terms box.

This needs to be moved to a more visible location for the user. Instead of placing this in the left-nav, it should probably go with the content section.
