automatic critical CSS extraction #123

Instead of hand-crafting a critical.css file, put everything back into its logical place and let a tool do the extraction, if this really works. Check Extracting and using Critical CSS on my Eleventy site https://dev.to/starbist/extracting-and-using-critical-css-on-my-eleventy-site-457c
