• Added cypress cucumber tests for the creation of a custom concept.

@ibacher I did something with increasing the z-index of the create buttons to solve the error of them being covered by the ProgressOverlay, but if there is a better way, please let me know. I am also wondering why it is failing to create a concept, when I try in the UI it's self it returns 500, I need your help on that.

@ibacher I have written the last step definition which was left for all tests to pass, please take a last look and see if it's ready for merging.
