This is the remaining cleanup which should hopefully fix the OBS build for Fedora Rawhide.

  • Remove exectutable bit from *.scad file (build warning)
  • Remove python wrapper for git submodule (build error)

Removing execute permissions from OpenSCAD source.

Fedora Rawhide build correctly complains with:
WARNING: ./usr/share/openscad-nightly/libraries/MCAD/servos.scad is executable but has empty or no shebang, removing executable bit

Remove now unnecessary python wrapper to fetch git submodules.
