This repo is fork of upstream https://github.com/IBM-Cloud/cloud-provider-ibm and we just patched it up with some power vs specific changes, so the package updates are usually taken from upstream. Not sure what we can do here. |

Closing this since #41 already has the required pkg updates. |
Analysed that it's using the health check from k8s.io/apiserver pkg. Fix for CVE-2023-45288 already went in to that pkg.
Updating k8s.io/apiserver pkg, updated all the relevant pkgs.
