If you don't mind, approve the 4.10 backport as well.

@andrewballantyne: This pull request references Bugzilla bug 2069246, which is invalid:

  • expected the bug to target the "4.10.z" release, but it targets "4.10.0" instead
  • expected dependent Bugzilla bug 2068115 to be in one of the following states: VERIFIED, RELEASE_PENDING, CLOSED (ERRATA), CLOSED (CURRENTRELEASE), but it is ON_QA instead

Comment /bugzilla refresh to re-evaluate validity if changes to the Bugzilla bug are made, or edit the title of this pull request to link to a different bug.

Do we need to update PatternFly as part of this fix?

Nope, but yarn thought it was a good idea to upgrade. I can definitely drop the lock file change, I saw it as I was cherry picking. We probably should look at a way to lock down our dependencies if we don't want auto upgrades for z-streams.

Hm, I don't think yarn install would update the version in the lockfile... I'm not sure what happened, but I would roll back this change for the backport.

I am unsure what happened here too... we discussed it a bit on slack. My leading theory is this is a devDependency quirk?

Running the following commands causes the lock file change:

$ cd dynamic-demo-plugin
$ rm -rf node_modules/ && yarn install && yarn build && yarn http-server

EDIT: tested, just a yarn install is all that is needed -- definitely feels like a quirk of the devDependencies block -- oh which we only use.
