CONSOLE-2361: update quickstarts to 1.1.0

Main changes:

• Rename classes patternfly/patternfly-quickstarts#25
  • Prefixed the classes in use by the quickstarts lib with pfext
• Remove bootstrap patternfly/patternfly-quickstarts#26
  • Remove bootstrap-sass as a dependency, and instead copied in a few legacy styles that the markdown expects
