Bug 2007086: bump RHCOS boot images for x86_64 only

This bumps the RHCOS boot image in the metadata for the x86_64
platform only. This is to address the following BZ:

2007089 - [4.9] Intermittent failure mounting /run/media/iso when booting live ISO from USB stick

Changes were generated with:

$ plume cosa2stream --target data/data/rhcos-stream.json --distro rhcos --url https://rhcos-redirector.apps.art.xq1c.p1.openshiftapps.com/art/storage/releases x86_64=49.84.202109241334-0
