The current released image of Jenkins on quay.io is broken for anyone using a kubernetes cloud. It urgently needs workflow-cps greater than 2.89 (which is required by kubernetes:1.29.7, which is already IN the plugins list)
And the PR as stands does not fix that. And this PR needs merging ASAP because currently Jenkins is broken for people with Kubernetes in their deployment.
