The internal codec was incorrect before (v1beta1), so this change was missed during the v1beta3 enablement switch. Made the UI tolerate v1beta3 vs v1beta1 deployment config in replication controllers and added a simple filter for image object references that match v1beta3 (mostly). Added todos for everything else.
