Fixes a couple of issues with the LDAP e2e tests

Also tries to fix https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1759248

e2e: ldap groupsync: add retries on dnf install

dnf install was hitting "Failed to syncrhonize cache" quite
often, try that several times before failing
