well, there is a jira, but it's pretty bare bones and gives no real context:

Eventually, ovnkubernetes will be the default networking plugin for openshift. Having periodic ci with this version of a stress
test will help us find more bugs (looking at the rehearsals, the job does have more failures than openshift-sdn, so we already probably have new bugs to vet and fix)
