[Bug]: Permissions are not greyed out in the employee form

Bug Description?

Previously permissions that site below a module would grey out if the module is deselected

Steps to Reproduce?

Go to employee form and edit disable a module for a user. The checkboxes below remain active

Expected Behavior?

Checkboxes need to be disabled instead
