@kiote I won't accept this PR. There is no need to do this: the database is read only, so we just build the database locally and push it to Heroku (or wherever). |

Not sure if you will be too happy with that, but I didn't find any way to add
ogr2ogrbinares to heroku, so add .geojson files prepared from *.shp files directly.Maybe @danfowler who first advised me to use ogr2ogr has any idea of running it on heroku?
