  1. [#1309] Respect X-Forwarded-* headers 

    Specially `X-Forwarded-proto`, which controls the protocol used on redirects.
We need to redirect to the same protocol used by our proxy (HTTPS), regardless
if we are ourselves running HTTP or HTTPS.
