Better rendering for steps/paths with incline tag. #6991

Currently the only way to see what way a path/steps goes is to select it then go down to where the incline tag is.
Better rendering would help to add details to these objects and encourage adding the incline direction.

@doublah Good idea 👍

The incline is important for pedestrian routing ("you must climb about 80 steps on this route", "turn left and go up the stairs"). Rendering this will encourage better coverage.
