(this was in Chrome on Windows 7 on a PC, with the browser wide enough not to be in "small screen" mode)

The author of

http://www.openstreetmap.org/changeset/34027544

has been deleted.

The user link at the bottom of the page is:

http://www.openstreetmap.org/user/user_5541/history

but when that link is clicked on something goes wrong with the target, two small-screen menus and a slippy map as well as "The user user_5541 does not exist" is displayed, rather than what happens if http://www.openstreetmap.org/user/user_5541/history is entered as the URL directly (no small-screen menus, no slippy map, just "The user user_5541 does not exist").

What is the "expected screen" exactly?

"expected screen" is what you get if you just type http://www.openstreetmap.org/user/user_5541/history straight into the URL bar.
