Once the RC is out, it would probably be good to go through & close all of the solved issues. About 1/3 of the open Mac specific issues have been resolved. There are also a lot of pretty old issues without any follow up which have likely been fixed with all of the recent bug fixes and improvements. |

Regarding #1990 I'll review it once I resolve the items listed above (and critical issues arise in the future). Please note that I may not have enough time for evaluation to include it. BTW -Thank you so much for the big improvement !
