OTP should support bike parking in a bike parking facility rather than always bringing the bike to the destination.

This is a little different, I think-I'd like to see bike parking even on bike-only trips (i.e. not taking one's bike to the front door of one's destination.

I'm not sure I understand -- do you mean planning a trip to the nearest bike parking lot, and from there to the destination?

Almost. What I'd really like to see would be a single search (perhaps reusing bike rental code). The idea is that it may make more sense to ride to a rack slightly further away if the bike is much shorter.
