Human readable install links

Since we're using Express we can easily turn http://openuserjs.org/scripts/id.user.js into http://openuserjs.org/scripts/username/scriptname.user.js where scriptname is the @name of the script. We can probably use the same code Greasemonkey uses to create file names when it saves userscripts to make it url compatible. We can use the user's name and not some number id because we're using mongoose.
