emmc boot fails on "Waiting for root device /dev/mmcblk0p1". Clearfog Base has been fixed for while, but Clearfog Pro has been forgotten. Signed-off-by: sven friedmann <sf.openwrt@okay.ms>

Starting with kernel 4.14 the interface renaming workaround breaks the default networking configuration. This workaround doesn't apply anymore. The kernel already assigns the interface instance numbers correctly as used by "/etc/board.d/02_network". See bug report FS#2694. Maybe this also applies to the Linksys A38x based devices (caiman, cobra and so on). Signed-off-by: sven friedmann <sf.openwrt@okay.ms>

Why is this tagged 19.07? Why should this not go into master? Could you send the kernel patch for inclusion into upstream Linux kernel in addition. |
