Right now, our quickstart, UI, and autoconfiguration modules suggest downloading with our tool (or curl) to get artifacts from maven central using the group ID "io.zipkin.java". Our code no longer depends on this but is still published that way to not break these things. Perhaps we can setup maven redirects when publishing under the "io.zipkin.zipkin2" group ID in order to have a seamless transition.

probably not worth doing twice (we have an apache group ID change looming)
