Cherry pick of #1414

Prevent a panic from a nil pointer access when checking the health of a
CatalogSource for Subscription status updates.
- Add CatalogSource spec validations for the sourceType field and surface the result as new status reasons and messages
- Stop CatalogSource reconciliation and treat them as unhealthy when its spec is found invalid
