Whew...
I ended up using
replacedirectives for all k8s staging repo modules andk8s.io/kubernetes, each targeting therelease-1.14branch. In cases where anindirector shared dependency was causing an issue, I targeted the module's commit hash found in thek8s.io/kubernetes' Godeps.json` file.
