This PR begins the process of improving accessibility in Opnsense for people who use screen readers. The goal is to add accessible form labels, as well as to remove aria-hidden from several dialogs.
There is much more to go. I wanted to submit this small change first. This is my first PR, so I apologize in advance if I missed something in the process.
