Hi brother You have to select a project which you think is good for you to work on. After that you need to draft a proposal using the template given in the wiki section. You can then submit your proposal for a review by the mentors at Oppia. Yes you can contribute as a beginner. A sound understanding of the tech stack you are going to use adds cherry on the top. |
