i have stuck on step yarn install

Approaches already used to resolve the issue

already run python -m scripts.clean.'' but after running again python -m scripts.start I got the same error

i have delete whole folder and clone it again but still giving save error

No, it has not worked for me
i have tried it 2 ways
at first, i ran python -m scripts.clean to avoid broken install and then I ran all the commands

• I ran npm install yarn before run python -m scripts.start and get this error
• 
• after running python -m scripts.start and get same error again
  
• and after agian, run npm install yarn and get this
