Top-level email object

There should be a top-level email object, but it should be for documenting email handling attached to the account, like email.change would mirror password.change.

Putting this on... you know, this is something I want taken care of before 1.0, but I don't need it done before zero point one. I should probably make a separate milestone for that? (future is meant to resolve to any point in the future, including post- 1.0.)

And, there's no v1.0.0 milestone yet, so... I think this'll just wait until #147 to get milestone'd.
