Currently the mouse pointer shows the Selector icon when hoovered over the page number buttons. This is an update changing the icon to the Pointer icon.

@leigh-pointer could we please modify this change so that the CSS class follows the same convention as the other Oqtane components ie. use "app-" as a prefix and then the name of the component "app-pager" |
