To reproduce, create a form in Form Builder, add a Static Image field, attach an image, and publish.

Since this is a regression, I put the fix on both the 2020.1 CE and PE branches, for including in 2020.1.2.

  • @avernet make change on 2020.1-pe and 2020.1-ce to copy data in case there is no migration
