Nightly builds are not available, are they?

Hi!
I'm trying to get the build with the latest fixes in "manageiq-providers-vmware". Unfortunately when I click the link https://releases.manageiq.org/manageiq-ovirt-devel.qc2 on the page https://www.manageiq.org/download/ it shows me an error like this:

NoSuchKey

Does the nightly build exist?
