How to debug the flatpak?

Considering that /app/bin/prismlauncher isn't executable, what binary should I run with gdb to debug?

/app/bin/prismrun appears to work, although it uses an entirely new preference storage each time, so I've asked https://lemmy.ml/post/17143330.
