Problem: Can't use Copilot even thoufh still a students.

I'm using students plan of Copilot, But today my subscription has suddenly stopped.

Please let me know why this problem occurred and how to fix it

This issue has happened to me before
My access was removed suddenly on 11th Nov, 2022

Then on the same day I got this email 4 times which stated that my access has been renewed and will expire on 9th Jan 2023, which is toady

I got this email 4 times: 2022/12/11 10:55, 2022/12/11 10:57, 2022/12/11 11:07 and 2022/12/11 11:21

This is the request I submitted in 2022/8/23

Is there any relationship between this request and the email?

Same issue. Verified Student. Got the email a few weeks ago, and today VSCode popup stated "Thank you for participating in the GitHub Copilot Technical Preview. Your extended access has ended."

Why are subscriptions ending on the same day when they joined on different days?
I'd like to believe it's a bug...

I also got this message, on the other hand my student pro pack is enabled for atleast 2 years , as I am still a student and was also verified .

Hi all,

I am having an issue with CoPilot and was hoping to get some help or advice. I am a verified student, but when I try to use the service, it is asking me to purchase a membership. I should not have to pay for a membership as a verified student, so I believe there may be an issue with my account.

Has anyone else experienced this problem or have any suggestions on how to resolve it? I have already contacted the CoPilot support team, but I am still waiting for a response. Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

• Everyone is receiving multiple emails with the same content on Dec 11, 2022
• The service became unavailable after today's date

I received an email from GitHub that automatically renewed my Co-pilot. It was nice to 'Trust the process' and let the system take care of it for me. Just wait for some time they'll automatically solve it for you too.
