Not getting my branch name in the compare section in making a pull request

I created a pull request. But in the compare section where we have to select the branch where we have made contribution and select our branch, I am not getting my branch name where i have edited the document. Please suggest.

@Kevinkp09 It is possible that the branch you created has not been pushed to the remote repository yet. Try running the command git push origin to push your local branch to the remote repository. Once it is pushed, you should be able to see the branch in the "compare" section when creating a pull request.

Another possibility is that the branch is not fully merged with the master or the base branch. Git pull request require that the branch you are creating a pull request from should be fully merged with the base branch to avoid conflicts.
