I have found I get the c:\snapshot error when I am using an automatic proxy url, but not if I enter a manual proxy configuration on proxy setting page. |

Maybe Copilot doesn't work behind a corporate proxy if it's not a business plan? Anyone knows? |

Try to use the Nightly update channel, if you need a proxy, set it up manually. Check for update, download and install the update, then restart Intellij. Give the plugin's "Login to github" button another try. |

I don't have a business plan and I have the problem from Intellij behind a corporate proxy, viewing the plans seems the business plan handle corporate proxy so mine was only a guess "maybe it works only with business", but viewing others posts seems others without business plan don't have any problem.. |

Running into the same issue behind a corporate proxy. Tried auto-detecting proxy settings and manual proxy settings, which both work for other web interactions such as Marketplace downloads. |

I'm behind a corporate firewall/proxy. This was solved for me by enabling the "Auto-detect proxy settings" option in Settings > Appearance & Behavior > System Settings > HTTP Proxy |

In my case, I could only have Copilot logged in one project at a time 🤯. I couldn't just close my current project and open a new one - I need to log out of Copilot first, then close the existing project, and then open the new project. |

Today, I attempted to install the Copilot plugin for the first time,
but I encountered a problem when trying to log in.
The login pop-up wouldn't appear.
I was solved this issue by manually installing an older version of the plugin, version 1.2.1.2347.
I believe there may be a bug in the latest version, please look into it.
