Getting a recurring problem with GitHub actions, seems to be failing with the same error for self-hosted or GitHub-hosted

Sometimes it doesn't fail

Happens only on actions/checkout@v3
When changing to actions/checkout@v2 theres no error

Happening to me with both github and self-hosted runners.
But its flaky, ten jobs will dispatch from a matrix and about half will fail
