I contacted support a day ago but no response yet. How long does it usually take and how can i fix my issue? |

After discussing with the support team, I finally got a fix for the issue.
Apparently I was not supposed to have files larger than 100 MB. So, as I couldn't access the files myself I asked them to access my files and delete the large file for me. Everything is good now.
