I like to understand if Copilot can be trained in UEFN Verse coding language.

Copilot is currently trained on a large corpus of code from various programming languages, but it is not specifically trained on UEFN Verse coding language. However, GitHub Copilot is designed to be adaptable and can learn from new code examples over time.

If you have a significant amount of UEFN Verse code that you would like to use with Copilot, you can try using it in your projects and keep sharing the feedback with us in the community.

hey guys, any success for making Copilot write or understand Verse? I tried it and seems like it has no idea about any of the UEFN libraries and functions, it seems out of the materials it was trained on. Don't they update Copilot regularly in order for it to be up to date with latest documentation and versions of programming languages? maybe it's up to date about more mainstream languages like python/c++/java/etc' but is not trained to save info into the model about other languages that are more obscure. Very surprised honestly, I thought these things will evolve quickly and consume new information as quickly (new DSLs or languages/libraries). Is there a way to feed Copilot our own content and train it, like with OpenAI custom trained models?

Bump. Currently copilot is more harmfull than helpful when programming verse IMHO so I have stopped using it. I know the training set is very small on GitHub so is that something you are going to explicitly expand or wait for GitHub to actually be used for large amounts of verse code (if ever)
