This would be great. I'm going through this for the first time, with gRPC, Ory and Envoy. The pieces are slowly falling into place. But there are all sorts of questions - for example I'm tempted to put Oathkeeper as an access proxy in front of Envoy but I terminate TLS on Envoy, so maybe that's not such a great idea. Maybe I need to put Oathkeeper as some sort of HTTPfilter immediately after TLS is terminated. BTW - not asking for help here - just saying that I and others would really benefit from this additional documentation proposal.
