can't find all data in logout table "hydra_oauth2_logout_request"

I run logout on ui logout , url
http://127.0.0.1:3005/logout?logout_challenge=14f33cf14a1d41f4ae16574dafd5f495

I don't know value of where I get this value : logout_challenge=14f33cf14a1d41f4ae16574dafd5f495

when I click yes it redirect to logout uri that I set before.

in hydra_oauth2_logout_request table I only show two fields: Accepted and rejected

I show documentation of logout flow and logout ui in hydra website .

Are any page that I run before logout that I found this error in log : no previous login session was found

I am not sure what you are looking for, are you missing how the logout_challenge is generated?

Some additional pointers:

Make sure you're not mixing up "127.0.0.1" and "localhost".

A possibility is that your browser has isolated containers when in incognito. So if you have one tab with your hydra flow and you paste the logout url into another tab, those tabs don't share cookies. This is especially the case when privacy-sensitive settings are used.
