Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

The CLI should be homogenized with the kratos cli.

Describe the solution you'd like

  • Move the project independent stuff from ory/kratos/internal/clihelpers into ory/x
  • Refactor hydra's CLI to make it importable in parts like it is done in kratos.
